Notice of intention to demolish a building

We provide demolition contractors with a set of requirements about their duty to protect adjacent premises, as well as to make sure the site is left in a safe condition with services removed and rubbish taken away.

There is an administration charge of £75 plus VAT for processing demolition notifications.
