Make a payment

Please remember to submit the plan assessment or building notice fee with the application. Where applicable, we will invoice the inspection fee after work has started.

Fees are based on the building control charging scheme and includes VAT at 20 percent.

The easiest way to pay is to make a secure online payment. Please note, payments are made via Lichfield District Council’s website.

You can also pay by card or cheque. If paying by cheque, we will process the application as soon as we receive it. All cheques should be made payable to Lichfield District Council, who administer Central Building Control Partnership.

If paying by card, please call us on 0300 111 8035 after 10am and we can take the payment over the phone.
