Completion certificates

Once all stages have been inspected and meet building regulations, the project will be completed and we will issue the completion certificate.

Keep all approval notices and/or certificates in a safe place as in the event of your property being sold, as the purchaser’s solicitor may ask to inspect these documents.

These documents demonstrate to future purchasers, insurers, warranty providers, solicitors, etc that the work meets the legal requirements of the building regulations.
