We have a set of standardised building regulation fees.

If your project is not on this list, please complete the fee request form below and we will respond within one working day.

Our fees are based on an estimate of the time we think it will take to check any plans, and inspect the work as it progresses.

Because our charges reflect the time we spend on each project, our fees are not fixed for the life of the project.

Please remember to submit the quoted fee with your plan assessment or building notice application. Where applicable, we will invoice the inspection fee after work has started.

Fees are based on the building control charging scheme and include VAT at 20%. Find out more about how we set our fees.
