A single point of contact for all your building control work in England and Wales

The LABC Partner Authority Scheme (PAS) is designed to help local companies that operate in many locations and deal with many local authorities. The scheme enables a company or adviser to have a one-to-one working relationship with us for advice and plan appraisal. The site inspections are carried out by the local authority where each project takes place.

We have a number of successful partnership agreements, and are interested to hear from any businesses across Southern Staffordshire, South Derbyshire and Northern Warwickshire that may be interested in partnering with us.
